Configuring an auto-responder email will take you just a couple of clicks if you use a Linux cloud website hosting with us. This can be done via the Emails section of our in-house built Hepsia Control Panel where you can view all your email addresses available in alphabetical order. You may either select an email address and click on the auto-responder icon or simply right-click and pick the option in the context menu that will come up. All you need to do is to type in the text that you'll want to be sent as an automated reply and save the modifications. You can enter any text you need and updating or removing the auto-responder function is just as easy. A small icon will highlight which one has an active auto-responder and which does not. To create, change or remove a message, click the corresponding image for the given email, enter the text you want to use, save the changes and you will be all set.
